Fantasy Trophy Order Timeline Planner
Enter the arrival date and a business-day allowance for receiving, transit, production and proof review. The League Trophy Shop planner counts back over weekdays and dates the start of each stage. For a fantasy league, the useful output is whether proof review starts before or after the title game, because that decides what can be engraved.
Build your plan
Work backwards from arrival using your entered stage durations. Weekends are skipped; holidays and closures require extra allowance. Dates describe a plan, not reserved production capacity.
The decision behind a fantasy league award season
A traveling trophy is usually one physical object even when its history records many seasons. Separate the current winner plate from new trophies and side awards. Keep enough information to match an existing base on a future update: plate dimensions, finish, font direction and attachment.
Keep with your brief: League title, season convention, winner name and perpetual plate format.

Begin proof review = required arrival minus all entered stage allowances, counting weekdays only
Use the first date as a prompt to have a complete brief and an available approver. It is not a reason to start irreversible work with missing measurements. If the dates are impractical, discuss a simpler format, a different presentation plan or revised timing before authorizing the order.
Can the champion's name be on the trophy at the league party?
A league holds its party soon after the championship game and wants the winner's team name already on the trophy. The commissioner enters the party-week arrival date and the allowances from her quote. The planner puts the start of proof review ahead of the title game. So the full plate cannot be approved in one go. She splits the order with League Trophy Shop. The Fantasy League Champion Trophy is proofed now with the league name and season. The winner's line is approved as a second, short proof the night the game ends. Side awards decided by vote, such as the Best Team Name Acrylic Award, are finished early because the vote closed before the playoffs.
Check these details before using the result
- Planning as if the winner were known
- If proof review starts before the title game, plan a split: league details first, the champion's line as a follow-up proof.
- Nobody free on championship night
- Someone has to send the winner's line and approve the short proof. Agree who, and make sure it is not a manager in the final.
- Taking planner dates as a reservation
- The dates are a paper plan for the league. The production start date in the written quote is the one that counts.

Fantasy League Champion Trophy
Lead with the fantasy team name if that is how everyone knows the winner. Put the manager's name on a separate line, and specify the season rather than only the year of the award ceremony.

Toilet Bowl / Sacko Loser Trophy
Agree on the wording before ordering, especially for an office league. A playful title can become a league tradition without including language the recipient would be uncomfortable displaying or taking home.

Design concept · Walnut with metal plates
Perpetual Fantasy League Plaque
Plan how many seasons the board should hold and whether each plate needs the manager, team or both. Leave the league title permanent and keep the changing season information on the smaller plates.

Custom Draft Board Nameplates
Choose which information needs to change next season. A permanent team name works for a stable league; a removable manager or position insert makes more sense when the draft order and participants change.

Why use the timeline planner if we have the arrival estimator?
The entries are the same, but the purpose differs. The arrival estimator tells a commissioner the last day a trophy can ship. The timeline planner dates each stage, which shows whether the league's proof review falls before or after the final game. That is the fact a fantasy order turns on.
Can the planner handle a yearly plate update?
Yes. Treat the new plate as its own small order. Enter the date the plate must reach whoever holds the trophy, with the allowances from the update quote. League Trophy Shop needs the plate size and finish from the original order, so keep that reference with the league's records.
Which buying guide should you read next?

Decide who keeps the trophy, how winners are added and how many future seasons the base should accommodate. Separate the permanent league identity from the changing winner records. Compare the complete update and shipping process before choosing a large perpetual design.
